With a passion for exceptional dining, Mark brings a wealth of experience, having led kitchens that retained two AA Rosettes and a Michelin Bib Gourmand. His approach combines every day food with fine-dining flair, creating dishes that celebrate flavour and bring people together. Join us in 2026 to experience his brand-new menu created for memorable foodie moments.
